The office is easily excusable from Hwy 35 North in Ocean Township, NJ. I was so happy to book my appointment online yesterday and get a SAME DAY appointment. When I arrived at their new location much to my shock I was tol...d that they are "not here today". I said "but I booked an appointment online for today" and the receptionist double-checked and said no one was there in the "room that they rent" from Family First Urgent Care in Oakhurst. And yes it says on their website that they have hours today. So as a health care provider myself I must tell you that when you ask people to book online and then you do not keep your website/online profile up-to-date that is very unprofessional. That is, of course, unless there was an emergency! So I never even got to meet Dr. Allison Cheney but my 1 star rating is based upon the "office staff" who manages the website. I am very disappointed because I heard such good things about her and had referred patients to her when I worked in Eatontown. I am hoping someone from her office reaches out to me about this error! Show more

Thank you for bringing this glitch to our attention. As we discussed with you over the phone yesterday our booking service performed an update and it made a hiccup for the schedule. In regards to our office hours this does not necessarily mean there is an appointment during those times as Dr. Cheney has admininstration times set into our schedule. We hope you have accepted our apology--it was great speaking with you yesterday. Thank you again.
