The address on confirmation is incorrect

When I booked online the address that was provided is incorrect - or no warning was given that a temporary location was in place. Confusing!

Recertification, I was in and out. Waited about 30 minutes for the whole process. Nice and friendly....

I found recertiffication process was much better than years gone by. The GFB staff was very helpful in answering questions and concerns that I had. I found the process lessstressful and tedious than before. It was a one shot deal and I didn't have to go in twice, just once and everything was done and completed.

The 7th of December was my appointment to renewal my annual lease. I have to admit that I was really nervous. The way to get there was really easy, I just took about 30 minutes, I did not have to way too much there. The person that helped me was really nice and easy to understand . I took more time filling out the papers because there is a lot of information to write on those papers. In reality I spent there about half a hour . I have to go back because she needs another paper. Thanks
