Please read below and remove me from your listing. This concerning being ABSENT for my appointment, disrespectful at the very lease. ZERO stars Book...ed appointment, took off early from work, 5 minutes before my appointment I receive a cryptic text: " we going have to reschedule til tomorrow" "window tinting" "we left early today 1pm" "Go dealership to do work" "Im free all day tomorrow" Book appointment with tech for the next day at 3:00 Took off work early to make appointment, arrive 30 minutes early Call the number posted in case door is locked Receive cryptic text: "who this" "what time" & nothing more The most unprofessional situation I have ever been involved in. No business marking on the building whatsoever Shady, sketchy interaction from start to finish My time is as valuable as yours and the lack of simple a curtesy to state you do not want my business would have been just fine. To run me out to your establishment twice to be dismissed and ignored is outrageous and shameful. Show more

Yea you did book and I rescheduled for today but I was inside the shop tinting in back I called u three times and left a pic of me tinting I Lock the front door because I’m here by myself. You did call me but I called back and it went to voicemail my garage was open in rear sorry. Also the signs are off the building as of Monday of this week. I am currently moving my shop to Waldorf md within two weeks.

I was told one price over the phone ,then when I went in ,I was told a much higher price,however I refuse to pay that price,I went to another location... in capital heights and they got me rite ,the shop I went to was super busy and very popular in the area,however I paid $180 for 5% all around and 15% on the windshield for 180$ ..this guy at this shop was trying to charge $250...smh BUISNESSES be trying to get over ...
