I was very tired when I came to Mary Beth's studio far a 90 minute massage. She was very thorough getting all the trigger points. Mary Beth is a very caring person and knows each of her client's needs. She is very personal yet respectful of of each individual feelings. I felt revived and relaxed after Mary Beth's excellent massage.

Every other week, I see Mary Beth as part of my personal fitness and heath program. She is the best massage therapist I have ever had the pleasure of having. I believe massage is critical to keeping us healthy and since starting with her a year ago, I have had minimal injury from workouts and have had NO major colds or sicknesses. Prior to massage, I would get head-colds every change of season, sinus infections and was prone to pulling muscles and pinching nerves with my workouts and cardio.
