Regular Bodywork Session ($200.00)
Approximately 90 minutes long. This amount of time seems to work best for my clients because it allows us to work on specific areas of tension but also check in with the whole body
Targeted Bodywork Session ($150.00)
Lasting approximately 60 minutes, this session is best for you if you have a financial or time conflict and need a shorter session that provides targeted work to a problem area.

Jon was so great in asking what my problems areas were for my targeted massage. He made sure I was comfortable and explained how was he was doing would help. Additionally he offered literature to teach me how to correct my posture to fix the issues I'm having going forward. He's super knowledgeable and personable.

Jon was excellent. He did a really thorough job and was able to relieve a lot of stress in my body. He ends the massage with an amazing shoulder and neck rub. Definitely worth it!! Jon is also extremely educated about the musculoskeletal system which sets him apart from other massage therapists.

If you are in chronic pain, I highly recommend seeing Jon. Not only is he great with his hands, he is also very knowledgable about kinaesthetics and how the human body moves and develops muscle tightness. As he worked on my body, he shared his observations, and was very receptive of the feedback I gave him. Jon helped me to address issues in my posture and gave suggestions for stretches and exercises to reduce the pain moving forward. Again, highly recommended.
