I train with Zac on a weekly basis. Have been doing it for almost 4-5 months now. Zac knows his stuff. I keep bugging him with questions about any new exercise that he tells me to do and he explains exactly why we are doing the workout. This has helped me a lot in learning the fundamentals behind every workout. Important to note that just going there one or twice a week won’t give you results. You need to incorporate the workouts in your daily routine and watch your diet..!! Stay fit..!!

Zac is a great trainer. His program made me gain good muscles and also taught me the technique that makes me more confident in lifting heavier weight by myself. Zac did a great job in pushing me to the limit during sessions, while making sure I wasn't too fatigued to complete the sets. I definitely had a blast!
