Initial Evaluation ($50.00)
Personal evaluation of tension patterns in your body. Learn how this work will allow your body to better handle stress. The result is a drop tension, reduction in pain and anxiety, improved sleep pattern, improved digestion and immune function.
FLOWTRITION - 15-30 min. session designed to guide your body to state of ease - dropping spinal cord tension. This results in a drop in tension throughout the body. *NEW FLOWTRITION CLIENTS must have an initial evaluation prior to scheduling Flow.
60 minute massage session. ($75.00)
Great for those who just want to schedule some regular down time to de-stress and relax tired/stiff muscles. Ideal choice if you just want to have deep tissue work to specific areas such as the upper body or low back/hips.
Maya Abdominal Massage ($120.00)
This is a non-invasive external massage which focuses on reducing tension in the low back, hips/pelvis as well as upper and lower abdomen. This work provides relief from multiple digestive and reproductive disorders as well as pain/stress/anxiety.
This is a power packed 30 min. session focusing on feet, hands and head. We use essential oils to enhance the effects of this immune boosting and stress reducing body work.
Wellness Coaching - 3 months ($525.00)
Package of seven 1-hour, bi-weekly coaching sessions designed specifically for you. This includes a Flowtrition session and initial evaluation to identify and address your body's specific tension patterns.
Wellness Coaching - 6 months ($975.00)
Package of thirteen1-hour, bi-weekly coaching sessions designed specifically for you. This includes two Flowtrition sessions and initial evaluation to identify and address your body's specific tension patterns.

Lisa is not only an excellent masseuse, but she offered me some possible solutions to my constant joint and muscle pains. I really loved how she wrote out a list of things to do following the massage, including drinking water that has lime juice in it to flush the lactic acid out of my system. I plan on checking out her Flowtrition class to find out how the right foods I eat can help reduce the inflammation in my body. Highly recommend.
