Meditation (Online or In Person) ($60.00)
Wanting to learn to meditate, but not sure where to begin? Let me help! We'll assess your needs and customize a personal practice to meet them. You CAN meditate, I can help. Practice, and all is coming.
Move Well - 60 Minute Session ($90.00)
Move Well sessions empower you with tools you can use daily to feel better in your body. Using breathing exercises, stretching & movement, we will assemble a unique program suited to your specific needs and goals.
Mini Move & Relax ($135.00)
Shift your stuck places and learn new skills w/ a 45 min Move Well session, and melt away any remaining tension with a 45 min Relaxation Massage. *Available only to clients who have completed an initial Move Well session with me.*
Move and Relax ($175.00)
The perfect weekly combo to address your body's needs: a Move Well session, followed by a Relaxation Massage. Move, breathe and stretch...and then let it all go! *Session times include assessment/movement, table work and follow up.*
Move Into Bliss ($190.00)
A 75 minute Private Yoga Session will really get things moving, and a luxurious Relaxation Massage will help you release any remaining tension. *Session times include assessment/movement, table work and follow up.*

I have been seen by Dana Wyss for five years. She is one of the best massage therapists I’ve ever seen. I have been to excellent spas and seen therapists for only body work for injuries or chronic pain. She rates among the best for all needs and teaches how to be aware of the body’s limitations to avoid further injury and help in self-healing. Why go anywhere else?

I am a standard gym rat and decided to change things up and incorporate stretching and meditation into my routine. Dana is incredibly patient, understanding, and detail oriented. She works around my limitations but encourages me to better understand my body and how it’s components work in harmony. I’m very impressed with her. Rob Watson

I have been seeing Dana for many years. Whatever new ache, pain, or issue - she always has multiple ways of addressing them. Over the years we have tackled my persistent headaches and I now have techniques to help combat them (though they are far less frequent). She also has worked on my wrist and thumb when they were giving me pain. I always feel relaxed and refreshed after a session and highly encourage anyone how is looking for a massage to check her out.

I have been using Dana for massage therapy and movement sessions for several years. She is expert at helping me to identify and address persistent issues with muscle tightness. I now can often head off neck tightness or hip pain before it becomes problematic. At my session today, Dana taught me some deep breathing visualizations that made me feel absolutely glorious, and that was followed by an equally glorious massage. I highly recommend Dana to anyone with persistent aches and pains!

Dana never fails to pinpoint exactly what I need every time. She is extremely knowledgeable and applies it to every session. I have been seeing her for a few years and she never fails to leave me impressed. And completely relaxed.
