It was such a pleasurable experience with Kim. Her customer service was absolutely outstanding and not to mention my hair. I love love love my hair an...d the whole experience from the massage to the steam. Kim also took time to educate me on different products and my hair. O-mazing...if you want to receive services in a professional setting by a true professional this is the stylist for you. She is not only concerned abo...ut the service itself but also hair care and you dont find that a lot. She will let you know if you need a trim and recommended time to come back to keep up the maintenance. Your appointment is your appointment meaning i have never waited and she gets you in and out. With limited stylist that deal with different hair types in this area she is in a class by herself. Kudos to you Kim.
