Cooking demo in your home
Want to learn some of the basics of cooking at home? We will prepare together 1-3 meals for the week. This is a great chance to prep some food, learn some skills, and get hands-on experience with your food.
Want some help cleaning out all those foods that are no longer serving you? This is a great way to get the in-person support you need to make the first step towards a healthier home and kitchen.

I feel like a veil has been lifted and instead of being on an energy roller coaster, I'm all steady-eddie, with stamina to spare (to mix metaphors). I worked with Michelle for 6 months. In that short time, my life has changed drastically for the better. I just started working with Michelle and let me say that her unique, compassionate approach is unlike other nutritionists. I love that she doesn't believe in deprivation and believes in enjoying food. She's also extremely knowledgeable and respected the fact that I'm vegan.
