Cooking demo in your home
Want to learn some of the basics of cooking at home? We will prepare together 1-3 meals for the week. This is a great chance to prep some food, learn some skills, and get hands-on experience with your food.
Want some help cleaning out all those foods that are no longer serving you? This is a great way to get the in-person support you need to make the first step towards a healthier home and kitchen.

I just started working with Michelle and let me say that her unique, compassionate approach is unlike other nutritionists. I love that she doesn't believe in deprivation and believes in enjoying food. She's also extremely knowledgeable and respected the fact that I'm vegan.

I was suffering from extreme constipation before I started working w/ Michelle, but after she recommended several herbal supplements & we slightly changed some of my eating habits, I was on a regular digestive schedule and feeling so much better. We also worked on tackling some of my intense bloating, and even though it's been hard for me to give up certain foods, Michelle is always so supportive & kind, & knows so much about health & wellness--she is joy to work with and I trust her completely.
