Cooking demo in your home
Want to learn some of the basics of cooking at home? We will prepare together 1-3 meals for the week. This is a great chance to prep some food, learn some skills, and get hands-on experience with your food.
Want some help cleaning out all those foods that are no longer serving you? This is a great way to get the in-person support you need to make the first step towards a healthier home and kitchen.

Michelle is very knowledgeable and can explain complex scientific things with ease and clarity. I always feel like Michelle works *with* me as she seeks to understand my lifestyle and food choices. She really listens. She has helped me understand nutrition and make better food choices and given me a lot of super helpful info for food I love that is easy to make or purchase with a busy lifestyle.

Michelle's way of framing nutrition has helped me feel like it's possible to create lasting structure around nutrition in a way I've never experienced before. In the course of 2 months, I have lost about 10 pounds, my energy is up, my mind is clearer, and I feel optimistic about the future like never before. Michelle asks me about what I've tried, what works, and what hasn't, and offers options that are tailored to my own needs and patterns. Highly recommended!

Having a consultation with Michelle was life-changing in itself. I felt heard, understood, and respected. I have a "story" about myself that I am high-maintenance and difficult to coach, a recidivist over eater with zero willpower. But at the end of my consultation I had high hopes, lots of choices, and a clear path to a successful and healthy eating regimen that seemed doable, unrestrictive, and downright enjoyable. I can't wait to start the journey.

Michelle is such a wealth of information, options and experience. In addition, she is extremely supportive, kind and humorous (so fun to work with). She really understands, listens and works hard for you. I also want to echo how supported, empowered and inspired I've felt by her. She has given me so much in our time together. I miss her already!
