1st, it's my experience, not yours. The first time going was great. The second time, there was horrible. I was there 30 minutes before my appointmen...t, sat there an hour and i was supposedly be next right? Wrong! A female walks in with her kids, and he skips over me to accommodate her. Tre was good, but the only 2 times I let him cut my son’s hair was due to Bankhead not being there anymore and he convinced me they were safe and in g...ood hands.My boys ended up with two noticeable razor cuts, one was cut on two separate visits. I understand things happen, but since my boys are young, at least tell me before I pay u. Even though I noticed it the first time on my own with my oldest son that was 9 years old at the time, but is now 10. This last time with my youngest 5 year old son that suffers from bad allergies and eczema. Then he tried to cover it up with the white liner pencil with my youngest son, so I didn’t notice it until we made it home the next day. My youngest was cut on the side in the front of his head, and my oldest was cut at the back on the side. I don’t think to take a photo with my oldest son on the first incident, but I attached a photo of the incident with my youngest boy. I always tip, so I don’t understand why he couldn’t tell me this upfront. Show more
