Personal Training & Meal Plans
A variety of strength & conditioning exercises, from sandbag training to battle ropes will be used. Some traditional weight training will also be blended with body weight/cardio circuits. Bi-weekly meal plans, & body composition will be included.
Free Transformation Session
This session is to determine where you are with your fitness & nutrition health. We'll discuss how motivated you are to meet your fitness goals. We'll also go through a brief, fun workout!
Strength & Endurance test
Muscular strength, & cardiovascular endurance testing for appropriate exercise prescription creation. Body composition and measurements will also be taken, followed by an introductory training session. Included with paid membership.
Body Composition only
Measure weight, Body Fat %, and inches.
Monthy body/comp, retest session ($30.00)
4-6 week post package body comp & workout session to keep client on track after sessions have been completed. Client/Trainer to schedule at least 3 body/comp, retest sessions.

Jeff is absolutely the best trainer I’ve had. Working with Jeff has changed not only my body but my mind and the way I think. Jeff has such a positive attitude it’s hard not to follow in his footsteps. Jeff has givin me so much knowledge on how the human body works along with proper nutrition. I always look forward to training. The workouts are always fun and intense. Great conversation is a bonus! Jeff brings results!!

I met Jeff and was introduced to Core when I went for an introductory visit . Meeting Jeff was an incredibly experience . He is a very positive influence .Jeff is a very knowledgeable , motivating dedicated and a truly caring person . He walked me through a mini workout took the time to explain ways to change my habits even after I told him that I was not able to afford the price at this time . I would recommend Core to anyone .
