Unfortunately, Paola literally did the opposite of everything requested...please focus on lower back and hips - not a touch there. No, I don't want a ...scalp massage - received a scalp massage. Normally Orem Center for Massage is at least very good. My general review would be 4 stars, but this one was a 1 star experience, and on a birthday. So sad. Show more
