  • New Freshman/Transfer Student(H)
    Set up your first appointment with the academic advisor for your major to review degree requirements and other important HPU resources. **If you are a transfer student and have not had your transcripts reviewed, please email transfer@hpu.edu
  • Degree Plan & Registration (H)
    Meet with your academic advisor to review your current degree plan and plan your courses for the upcoming semester.
  • General Advice (H)
    Have questions or need advice? Meet with your academic advisor to discuss other questions or concerns. Please state the reason of your appointment or questions you have for your advisor in the comments box provided.
  • Change Major / Add Minor (H)
    Meet with an academic advisor to change or declare your major/minor. **For MAJOR changes only, please indicate the major you wish to switch to in the comments box provided and select to meet with the advisor responsible for your new major.
  • Petition to Graduate (H)
    Meet with your academic advisor to complete your Petition to Graduate (application to graduate). Please complete and bring a printed copy of the PTG form with you to your appointment: http://www.hpu.edu/Registrar/Files/Petition_to_Graduate_Form.pdf
  • Academic Probation/Suspension(H)
    Meet with your academic advisor to discuss the terms and status of your academic probation or suspension.
  • Academic Form / ISS Form (H)
    Meet with your advisor to complete an academic form (e.g. general petitions, directed studies, and ISS forms including OPT and I-20 Extension). Forms can be found here: http://tinyurl.com/askj8dp
