He also informed me that I ...needed to download a specific player in order to view footage after it is saved on a zip drive. If Alarm IL care about their clients, I expect at minimum to return a call, show and confirm the problem resolved and not wait till the client call ag...ain ! My problem wasn't fixed, it took 20 minutes to get someone on the phone and amazingly, the bill is been manage in a different place, the technical portion is manage by different people, alarm problem a different department and in general it's an awful way to communicate with this company as it seems once you sign the deal you're on your own.
