Absolutely horrific - Tha Tha was on her phone the entire time - I tried telling her BEFORE she started what I wanted exactly and I got complete oppos...ite - I asked her 3xs during the experience to fix them and she got aggravated with me and said that’s not what I told her when it clearly is - my nails look disgusting and I now have to go to another salon to have them fixed! NONE of them match they’re different shapes 4 nails are way to big for my fingers - I am HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED and DISGUSTED at the treatment I got after my daughter referred me to her and swore she was the best - NOT in my opinion! I wanted ombré and she talked me out of it because it takes longer - this was literally my first time ever there and I will NEVER go back! My nails are so ugly and embarrassing! Show more
