Nothing is better or more time efficient than this workout. Having limited time and only working out 20 minutes each week has yielded amazing results. Lean muscle, no injuries from over-working. It's fantastic. Thom guides me each week with just the right amount of encouragement and advice on technique. I love the one on one attention and privacy his facility allows.
