Sarah has been a wonderful coach. Coaching with Sarah has helped me break through the areas in my personal and business life where I was stuck. Not only did I break through those areas a lightening speed, I have embraced being authentic to myself and not trying to fit the mold of what I thought I should be doing. Sara is very real with you like she has known you forever. I felt comfortable with her from the start. She's inspiring and actually seems to care about helping you. She listens and ask questions to figure out a direction. Hope the next sessions with her are as wonderful as my first one!

You know when you're in that place when you don't know what you need til you get it? Yeah. Sarah Seinberg. You're just living your life, limping along and then Seinberg says something seemingly innocuous but it sticks, and quietly climbs in to replace the useles ot mean or otherwise "why bother?" that was your brain hamster treadmill for too long. Simple things or complex. But Sarah's generosity and yeah sister I get it attitude, kicks you lovingly in the ass, and And I know from ass kicking.
