I rearly never write a negative review. i just had a diver lesson with Melvin Lee er was very un professional he was literally screaming at me and tal...king to me in a condescending way. This was my first time behind the wheel in over a decade.He is not a good instructor. He need to be a dog trainer or drill sergent. My personal trainer never yelled at me like that .i get it instructors are not supposed to baby you he took.off his shoes driving with only socks on. Show more

I should have read the reviews on the old fart Charles…. Horrible customer service it was a couple of times where I felt like I was getting cussed out... by a relative. During the course he was on the phone and just rude as ever. When I told the old fart that my road test was the next day after a session I got laughed at . I didn’t pay y’all to laugh at me I payed for y’all to teach me how to drive. I didn’t get no opinions of how to be a better driver I just got laughed at . Would not recommend at all if the owner is rude can’t imagine how the rest of the staff is very unprofessional and money hungry. It wasn’t a half of hour I told that old fart 3 mins of wait time after the session. To wait for my ride it wasn’t a half of hour And he didn’t not ask me why didn’t appointment was the next day . Triple emphasis on intense . Very rude and set in his old fart ways . I get lying to protect your company but people shouldn’t be mean or rude when paying money Show more

This person had no Driving Experience unable to drive car in straight line, I gave Rashad the most intense training that you could give someone that had very bad hand and eye coordination, I give 3rd party Roadtest someone call to make appt I told them to send me info, when we finish I ask Rashad were there any other appt that when I was informed that Roadtest was 02/23 I ask why did you wait day before Ur Roadtest to schedule driving lesson I did smile because I couldn’t believe that a person with no driving experience would wait like that, the Roadtest Prep is for people that has driving experience and we are showing them around area for familiarity. I believe that Rashad got angry when I couldn’t wait half hour for their pickup.

I just passed my test, I booked a pre road test a week ago, today was my actual road test and I passed thanks to Mr. Smith, he’s very strict and teach...es you how to drive safely and correctly and not just what you want to hear, which will improve you to drive better and I’m really grateful with him for that, without his help I would’ve probably failed that test. Where we practiced was the actual area where the test was which makes it easier to practice and at the time of test. Thank very much Mr. Charles Smith! I would 100% recommend him!!!
