    To cancel an appointment, Please cancel existing appt before rebooking. please do so through the Genbook confirmation e-mail, you were sent or through the Genbook Customer Center. Please keep in mind our 48 hr cancellation policy. No exceptions
  • 48 hour cancelation policy
    We have a 48 hr cancellation policy Please note this starts at 9am 48 hours before. You will be charged half the amount for canceling within 48 hrs. Full amount the day of. By booking you agree to these terms and authorize us to charge your card.
  • Late Policy.
    We have a strict 15 minute late policy. In the event that you are more than 15 minutes late, we may not be able to give the full service and in some cases may need to reschedule your appointment to be respectful to our next client.
  • What is a no show?
    If you do not show to your appt. with in 30 min with out a call or text to let us know. You will be charged as a no show for the full amount of the missed service. No exceptions.

Always a great experience

Cirrus has been my hairdresser (and my daughter's) for several years now - she is absolutely the best. When my schedule got tricky, Krista took care of me - she is excellent, very professional, a good listener and very attentive. My last visit was with Krista, and I was VERY pleased. I love Cirrus and Krista!!
