So much talent here! Yesterday saw Dr. Nate and he helped with glut, hip, and related areas. He gets in there and does the work! And great exercises (ugh ! ;) ) too.
Glad to have Dr Nate on my team

Really glad that I met with Dr Nate at a West Seattle Runner event. He’s helped treat my metatarsalgia, given me great insight into how my body works, and kept me on the road. He makes even the most painful of visits endurable - especially when you see and feel the results.
Thankful I decided to go...

After a month and a half of lower left back pain, and my two weeks of vacation not helping, I decided it was time to see Mike Ross. I was fortunate to find a next day appointment. He diagnosed the problem as muscles being tight or a knot in the lower area and began stretching and rubbing it out. He gave me a prescription of stretching exercises I need to do on a morning basis. I only wish I went to see him sooner!
The leg bone IS connected to the shoulder bone

Dr. Ross is the Sherlock Holmes of chronic pain mysteries, able to connect the dots between various points in the body and restore them to functioning harmoniously again. He considers and treats the whole body, not just the problem area, getting to the deeper origins of bio-mechanical malfunctions. And he always gives you clever exercises (sometimes using amazing homemade contraptions) that will help you re-learn how to move and feel good in your body again.
