I didn't want the pandemic to stop my workouts with Mike Sotos so I've been working out with him online since March.He offers training online ...through Zoom or Facetime. He customized my training using the things I had at home. It's a good workout and I get my heartrate up. I look forward to seeing him 2X weekly and recommend you give it a try. Show more

Mike has had lots of education and experience in training and is able to modify the training to personalize it for the client. He wears a mask and the client wears a mask for safety.
