Mike designs workouts that are not boring. He varies the workouts and encourages adding weights as I grow stronger. He watches my form so that I don't cause any injuries. I am much stronger than when I began working with him.

I am recovering from a broken ankle and a sprained knee. Mike has customized my workout to meet my specific needs. He has adjusted my workout to support the healing and to help me gain as much strength as I can as these injuries heal. The workout is varied and fun.

Mike has worked with me regularly for about 5 years. I've had other trainers in the past, but none like him. He focuses specifically on my needs, age, strengths, needs, and injuries. He has helped me rehab from shoulder impingement, creaky joints, a torn hamstring. But best--he is the major force in my ongoing strength, balance, well-being, and functional fitness. I know I've staved off some of the deterioration of aging because of his expertise at designing workouts just for me. He is the best!

Mike has been helping me to get and stay strong while I battle health problems. He tailors my workouts and monitors my O2. With a recent injury due to a medical event, he has further modified my workout to allow the injury to heal. I would probably be bed ridden if it Mike wasn't helping me to be strong.
