Offers are an excellent way to reward loyal customers and attract new ones. And the Genbook app makes buying and booking them a snap, because customer contact information and payment details can be added and securely stored (customers won’t need to enter their credit card info every time they want to buy an Offer or book a new appointment).
Existing customers can easily see and take advantage of your current offers. Local Genbook app users (aka: potential new customers!) will also be able to see any enticing deals you’re running, and be drawn to try your business at a lower cost.
To ensure your Offers appear on the Genbook app, double-check that you’ve enabled the following settings in your Genbook account:
- Genbook Payments: The feature is found under Settings (gear icon at the top right) and “Payments” and allows you to take deposits and full payments at the time of booking, or collect credit card details for later processing.
- Search engine indexing: This option is found under Settings (gear icon) > Business details, and is enabled by checking the box beside “Allow search engines to index my Genbook scheduling page”.
You’ll also want to make sure that your Offers are being shared on your Scheduling Webpage, when you are creating them.
