Genbookers will now have immediate access to the new centralized help and support center easily accessible across Genbook. The help and support center provides customers with three channels to contact the Genbook success team who can guide them on their Genbook journey. The help and support center also provides access to a new searchable help system if the Genbooker prefers to find their own answers.


The Help & Support menu is always available from the header. Call, Chat, or Email the Genbook care team for support

The searchable help center is a big improvement, and we’re adding new articles all the time. If you prefer to find the answer yourself, this is your one-stop-shop for help.

You can also suggest a feature from the new Help & Support menu

Help and support is now available from the iOS and Android apps. Mobile Genbookers will have access to the same help and support resources that are available from Genbook Desktop. Navigate to your Settings menu to find it.

You can call us, chat with us, or email us all through the app.

Access the help center to search for answers on your own, or click “Suggest a feature” to open an email that is sent directly to the Genbook team.
