Combination Services let your customers book multiple services for one appointment, instead of having to make a separate appointment for each individual service. We recommend creating a handful or more Combination Services, comprised of the individual services your customers most often book together.
For instance, a nail salon might create one or more “mani-pedi” services, because customers often like to have manicures and pedicures during the same appointment. A hair salon might create a “cut, color and style” service, so customers can book all three of those services in one go.
The most important thing about creating Combination Services is making sure that the Duration you set includes the amount of time you need to complete both types of appointments (maybe with an extra 5 or 10 minutes for any necessary transitions between services).
In the example below, “Lotus Manicure” and “Lotus Pedicure” are separate services, with their own durations and costs. A Combination Service has also been created — “Lotus Mani-Pedi” — with the Duration and Cost to cover both individual services. The same is true for “Eyebrow Wax” and “Lip Wax”, which can be booked as standalone services, or as one combination service: “Eyebrow and Lip Wax.”
