Genbook can fill in the customer details of people already in your Customers list, when you add Offline appointments.

Select a client name to autofill their contact details

All you have to do is type a client’s first name in the “First Name” field of the appointment box and you’ll see a drop-down list of matching names. Once you choose the client you’re scheduling, the rest of his/her contact information will appear in the appropriate fields.
