Praxis Healing Arts is a small wellness center located in Minneapolis, MN. We opened our doors in May of 05' and have gained a reputation for excellence in massage, shiatsu and acupuncture. Because of client feedback to our online advertising with Citysearch.com we have been voted "best of" 2 years in a row.

Before Genbook

Prior to using Genbook we made appointments through a mess of emails, telephone calls or in person using our paper sheduling book. We only have 4 therapy rooms so booking needs to be centrally located so that we don't over book rooms. We had tried to set up a calander on Google and Yahoo! which just wasn't working for us.

And now?

Getting set up on Genbook was ridiculously simple. My clients often comment on how much they love the online booking. They can see my entire schedule online and pick a time that works for them. I really like the fact that if I'm not in the studio and someone books with me I get a text on my phone. Every time I get a text message ring from my phone I smile.

Your favorite thing about Genbook?

I really like the new Client button. I have all my clients information captured and ready to access from any computer. The client inputs all their own information so I don't have to. I hate data entry!

What are you doing with the time Genbook has saved you?

This feature has allowed me to work from home more when I'm handling the business end of my business. I get to spend more time with my 2 year old kid.
