Established in October 2007, Physiologee Bodywork is dedicated to not only providing an escape from the stresses of everyday life, but also to informing our patrons about the benefits of touch therapy and the importance of physical well being. Physiologee provides relaxation and pain management massage therapy as well as luxury spa services like body wraps and scrubs.

Before Genbook

Before Genbook we handled scheduling completely over the phone. I worked another job – many LMTs do – and I could not always answer my phone. It was chronic problem that was costing me business. Now, if I can't get the phone or don't have my schedule in front of me, I can just say: Go online.

And now?

Genbook added convenience to being a small business. The product is sleek and affordable, the service thoughtful and the tool was so easy to incorporate in my site. Getting set up was so easy. Even now, I make a lot of changes to services, calendar dates, etc. It takes seconds.

Genbook has resulted in an increase in my efficiency when handling booking. It takes me far fewer phone calls back and forth to clients, and I have fewer scheduling issues. A lot less time is wasted, thank goodness!

Your favorite thing about Genbook?

I like being able to set up hours of operation as a master schedule, but then also use the block and closed dates features to specify my schedule. My hours change from week to week, so it is nice to be able to adapt my basic schedule in multiple ways.

What are you doing with the time Genbook has saved you?

Managing my other business, working on marketing tools – lots of emails! I can focus on the actual service more, and not making arrangements just to book it. It really has made the whole process virtually hassle free.
