Nailphoria Day Spa began 3 years ago in Downtown Oakland, California. We offer services for men and women including manicures, pedicures, facials, waxing and massage. A service with us should be a pleasurable experience and never rushed (unless the customer has requested a time constraint!). We enjoy our spa and the clients that come to us.

Before Genbook

Before Genbook, we used to take appointments by phone and email. Now our customers and new clients can book online, which they love.

And now?

Genbook has really improved our business process and flows. Previously, answering calls and emails took up a lot of time. The set-up process for Genbook was very user friendly and quick. We find Genbook very easy to use.

Your favorite thing about Genbook?

Letting our customers add special requests to their appointments is great. We also like how easy it is to block out times in the calendar -- great for when you need to go to the doctor or take the afternoon off!

Have you seen an increase in appointments since using Genbook?

We have definitely seen an increase in appointments. The first night we had our web admin place the button on our website we received 5 new clients!
