Christon Salon is a business-friendly establishment that has been open for two years and has a progressing clientele. Our location is on the corner of Chenevert and Gray Street in the Midtown area of Houston. The services provided are complete hair weaving, styling, natural hair, relaxers, and coloring. Each of these services is done with care, precision, and professionalism. This is not a salon that has only hair dressers, we are hair stylists that care and treat from scalp to the end of the hair. We specialize in healthy hair and the results are shown in customer feedback and referrals.

Before Genbook

Previously I would handle the appointments myself by writing down the clients information, but there would be times that I would be in my car. The difficulty with driving and taking a clients information was just too much for one person. Then I hired someone to help with my clients and the end result was not in the best interest of the salon. Client information would get lost, misplaced, products would smudge the ink, or forgetting to input information would occur.

And now?

At this time I do not have front desk staff. It would take away someone's time for me to stop and take a phone call. A client can make appointments 24 hours a day and does not need my help to do so. Instead of passing out cards I am able to refer them to this website for them to view the services and prices, and then book appointments.

My client base has increased tremendously due to the advertising through Genbook. People are responding more, accurately putting in their information, and they are able to see what times are available. It is less time consuming and more productive adding more time for me to focus on my clients.

Your favorite thing about Genbook?

My favorite feature is the automatic blocking out of a time in my schedule once someone books an appointment. It keeps my clients comfortable without waiting because I'm overbooked. Thank you Genbook! I wouldn't know what to do without you. You have made my life simple.

What are you doing with the time Genbook has saved you?

I am able to give that time to my customers and focus on their questions and concerns about a new style. Most customers want to try something different, so they ask and I go over what their options might be. This way they don't have to make a double trip for a consultation then appointment. It is done all at once.
