Thai Yoga Massage & K-Tape ($55.00)
Kinesiology tape assists the body's natural healing process, provides stability without restricting range of motion, and extends the benefits of massage. Enjoy a 30-minute Thai Yoga Massage, an assessment, and the application of K-Tape.
Private Yoga Coaching ($65.00)
The individual attention you will receive during this 45-minute session offers the opportunity to personally address your unique goals, tailor your practice to your evolving abilities, and adapt the postures to promote self-healing.

I had an introductory massage with James and immediately knew what I wanted for Christmas -- massage gift certificates! I have never had massages like James gives -- he is expert at honing in on spots that really need attention and the end result is that my back really feels opened up and relieved of tightness I've had for years. This is my second massage with James and once again I felt really good afterwards, and during my practice the following morning, I was able to move better. He really knows where to apply proper pressure and the massage is very effective in helping the muscles loosen up. The tension just disappears. It is not just about "relaxing"-- it truly is effective, therapeutic, results-driven massage therapy. Highly recommend!!!

Even with my regular yoga practice, I often experience tension and “knots” in my neck and shoulders. This, coupled with a bad habit of stomach sleeping, and my neck often gives me fits. I was surprised how my body responded after the first 30-minute session…less tension and better range of motion in my neck. Two days later, I was restriction-free in postures that would normally cause me to pause, wondering how my neck would feel. This is an awesome compliment to your yoga practice!
