I get manicures because I'm a nail bi...ter and I was a bit overdue and rather embarrassed by the state of my nails! Tracy was so kind and so meticulous. I’m a return client for Kim. I chose to come back to her because she paid attention to what I asked for the last time I came to see her ie: I like my ...water hot, I like my feet scrubbed with the grater several times to ensure that all the dead skin is removed and my calluses are gone, she is extremely detailed and her massages put me to sleep. I feel like she always checks in with me when I first get there, but she allows me to zone out and relax during my time with her. It’s something that I allot myself every 3 weeks as a “love” gift. I am welcomed in by name, every time (which makes it personal and feel like home). I love Plumerias atmosphere, Owners, location and Technicians. It all just works together for me in a very beautiful way 💜 Show more

This was my first visit. I explained my needs and the nail tech carried them out. I appreciated the cleanliness of the spa, the pleasant chatter betwe...en techs and customers and that there were several techs who spoke English. Overall a very nice first visit. I will return. (One annoying feature that you may not be able to fix, is the $1.00 charge to use your ATM. At the salon I was at previously, there was no extra charge for ATM use.) Show more
