    We begin these sessions with creating a 10/15 minute yoga practice that you can take home with you. (recording available) Then relaxing and releasing into floor style bodywork that leaves you peaceful and connected.
  • 90 minute Yoga TherapyBodywork ($130.00)
    We begin these sessions with creating a 10/15 minute yoga practice that you can take home with you. (recording available) Then relaxing and releasing into floor style bodywork that leaves you peaceful and connected.
  • Self Massage with Tennis balls ($100.00)
    Learn a practice of self massage using two tennis balls. You will be able to release, your neck, shoulders, and into the hips and gluts. A wonderful self care routine that you can do anytime to support ease in your body.
  • warrior training program ($100.00)
    a personalized routine with the use of kettle bells (weights), to strengthen and connect your core to your arms and legs. A recording of the practice is made for you to take home. you will begin to feel like a super hero with regular practice.
