Jake is knowledgable, and skilled at his craft. You get a full 60 minutes with him where he gives hands on treatment and tools to implement at home to support the healing practice. 2 months ago I could not lift my arm over my head and now I am back to full range of motion and can hold handstands for 1-2 minutes. He is down to earth, easy to talk to, and genuinely cares about his clients physical wellbeing. I would definitely recommend him for any physical therapy needs.

Jake showed me how to exercise after a severe back injury, now i am at 100% and doing my full exercise routine. He is the best PT i have ever been to.
My chiropractor said I should stop running.

I had begun to believe my chiropractor was right; that I should give up on running as my activity of choice. After 9 months of hearing that, and not being able to comfortably walk for exercise, let alone run, I decided to seek an evaluation from Jake Berman. It was one of the best choices I have made in my entire life. I can say that, because I feel like Jake "gave me my life back". I just completed a 1/2 marathon, and didn't experience pain afterward. If results are what you are looking for, this is the practice for you. Not your typical 3 times/week for 6 weeks PT where you see the Doctor the first visit and then his assistants for future visits. After the first visit I was considerably better. After two visits 90% better so I added my chronic back pain to the mix. Jake is very confident and knowledgeable. He evaluates and makes changes each week based on your progress. And I have definitely had great results.

Dr. Berman evaluates your condition through a thorough, yet simple series of "exercises". After determining why you're in pain, he sets out to relieve it, so you continue doing the things you love . Each session is a combination of continued evaluation, targeted muscle massage (ahhh!), correction of the practices that got you into this state and at-home stretches/exercises to enhance improvement. Thanks to him, my pain is far less often, and easily tolerated, not front and center.
