seeking to serve as a believer
Feb 21, 2017
.I was quite impressed with the way The Creek has organized this process, from the initial evaluation on line to meeting with a very personable, i would say professional, and caring person who's primary concern was to find a place for me where my talents could be most helpful in serving a body of believers. I had been fearful that i might not be able to help at all because of some personal constraints but found the person's insights and a fit for me a joyous and collaborative experience. Thanks

Thank you for your help. The lady at the church was awesome at assisting us in trying to find middle ground and giving us a couple of resources to do such.

So grateful to be a part of The Creek. Authentic people, Biblical messages. Walked in a stranger and felt comfortable immediately. Have witnessed great care for children. Much to love about it - especially the environment for learning, growing, and ... just doing life well. Thankful.

I walked in The Creek in deep need. The person I met with made me feel comfortable. They were consistent in their care for me over several weeks by sending me opportunities to find the help I needed. Over the last year I have been helped by many people and this was done by finding others who were in a bad place similar to what I was experiencing I also found a place to worship where I don't have to perform in a certain way and can be myself. Besides that the pastor explains the Word!

Getting to know and encourage other people at the Creek has been a very satisfying experience. We have developed new friendships and taken advantage of opportunities to have a lasting and meaningful impact in the lives of others who need compassion in various forms. We are so glad we found the Creek.
