Safe pilates based exercise for bone health

Daniella is teaching me how to strengthen my core and challenge my bones in a safe manner. After working with yoga and pilates teachers that didn’t understand flexion was contraindicated for osteopenia, I decided to try a PT. The first one I saw gave me a scripted exercise plan for an older women so I wasn’t challenged. I appreciate that Daniella takes the time to preplan our sessions. It is always different, challenging and never boring. I feel stronger and better educated every week.

Having worked with many wonderful people in pilates, physical therapy and yoga over the years, I am truly impressed with Daniella. Her intuition is a big part of how helpful she is, her knowledge impressive, and she approaches her work in a unique way to get you to feel better and stronger. She really is focused around making things better for her clients.

My husband, my eleven-year-old, and I have all greatly benefitted from Ebb and Flow PT. Daniella's commitment and understanding of each person's individual needs is exceptional. She is patient with children and adults. She genuinely cares about you and your particular injury or PT need. I would highly recommend her. She has treated us for sciatica, ankle sprain, lower back problems, plantar fasciitis, and more.

Daniella has been quite helpful. She describes her assessment clearly, gives the science behind her proposed solutions, and walks me through why something is important to address. She mixes Pilates with posture correction with hands-on treatment. Very professional and energetic.
