Zac is honestly one of the best trainers. He definitely knows how to push and motivate me to do more, but instantly knows when I might be doing too much. He is extremely knowledgable about the human body and how to target and work specific muscles and he's constantly making sure I'm in the right form - which I greatly appreciate. He listens to what my goals are and makes sure I'm well balanced with my workouts. Plus he gives me diet/nutritional guidance which is awesome too!

Zac's a great trainer. Explains why what he's showing you will benefit your goals. Listens to you regarding your goals. He has many exercises and recommendations for you to get where you want to be. I bought a groupon for two personal training hours - so my time was basically unpaid for him yet Zac was professional, motivational and he certainly knows the body, muscles and how to workout effectively - and correctly. My Thanks to you if you read this, Zac, keep on keeping-on.

Hi everyone !!!! Whoever is reading this ZAC is the go-to guy when it comes to Optimum fitness.He is cool,good looking, most importantly fit and professional trainer. I and my husband are taking couples fitness session with Zac since past 7weeks. We find ourselves stable and gained a lot of stamina and also we are more active & enjoy classes.We have learnt lot of new techniques We are motivated and all credit goes to Zac!!!Thank you Optimum Fitness for being part of our lives!!! thumbs up.

I've been training with Zac now for 3 months. I never thought I would sign up with a trainer, but I'm so happy I did. The results thus far have exceeded my expectations, and i'm looking forward to continuing to shed the weight. Zac is very welcoming, has an encouraging style, and does a great job keeping you motivated. If you are considering a trainer, you can't go wrong with Zac!
