Once a month massage is just enough!
Dan Morgan - Jul 20, 2017
I have been receiving a deep tissue massage from Jennifer Hermann approximately once a month to help me recover from the cumulative effects of tennis and running. I have found that I seem to be less prone to injuries than my fellow athletes. While there are several factors that contribute to this, I know that my monthly massage plays a large part. Thank you Jennifer and All Is Well Holistic Center.

My first Reiki massage was very relaxing. Abby did a great job working the knots out. Looking forward to going back.

Abby knows just what to do. So skilled at finds knots that inhibit movement and lead to overcompensation my other muscles, resulting in pain and soreness.
