Schedule this for the first time you are coming to see Cat for a specific condition or the first in the "3 Sessions to Freedom" Trigger Point Therapy for chronic pain. This is always a 2 hour session.
Trigger Pt Therapy follow up ($115.00)
This is sessions 2 and 3 of "3 Sessions to Freedom" Trigger Point Therapy for chronic pain, or any subsequent trigger point session after you've come once. 90 minutes long.
1 hr Trigger Pt Therapy ($85.00)
Returning clients only who just need a tune up! If you only have one hour and you've not seen me before, please sign up for an hour Integrate and Restore.

Absolutely the best Trigger Point massage I have ever had! I am dealing with Scoliosis and arm and neck problems and found more relief with Cat's massage than from anyone else. Thank goodness I found Cat.

I have loved my sessions with Cat. Not only do they feel amazing, but more importantly, she knows the pregnant body so well. She knows how to release tension that is building up because of my changing body. These techniques keep my body feeling better for days. Also, she is full of helpful information about exercises I can do on my own to make myself more comfortable. When I'm with Cat, it feels like she really cares about the wellbeing of my pregnant body.
