This visit is approximately 45 minutes and applies to those who are new to the office, and includes the following: consultation, examination, first treatment, and home exercise instruction.
This is an approximately 45-minute session for existing patients of Foundation Sport & Spine, who have, unfortunately, re-injured themselves, or are presenting with a new injury/issue
30 minute normal subsequent visits after initial evaluation has been performed, including 15 minutes of ART/Activation/Adjustments, and 15 minutes of active rehab, approximately.

My first visit to Foundation has given me renewed hope where there was almost none left. I've been searching for an answer to my back and hip pain without success. First visit with Dr Nate addressed root of the problem and brought more relief than weeks of other therapy. The doctor took a personal interest in my issues and clearly explained aggressive plan of action. Can't wait to go back next week!

I'm amazed and thankful for the relief I'm experiencing with each visit. To be able to walk normally again and with no pain is awesome. The genuine concern shows and the desire to get your body back in shape is priority. The location is easy to find and staff are super friendly. My experience has been nothing short of excellent. Thanks for hope and helping me to get moving forward again.

Dr. Nate is an outstanding and dedicated chiropractor. He has not only helped my back pain disappear, but he also makes sure I'm equipped with exercises that will help reduce the possibility of injury in the future. I can't recommend his practice enough!
