Love, love love Amy. In addition to outstanding massage and cupping knowledge/skills, she helps me with pain prevention. She works out my problem areas and shows me exercises, posture positions or makes other suggestions to help reduce knots and pain points. She genuinely wants to educate her clients on things they can do at home to physically feel better.
Wonderful massage as always!

Amy is amazing and she always helps me feel much better after a massage with her. She is really knowledgeable and great at addressing something I haven't noticed before. That way we can start working on it and other pains and aches disappear along with the problem spot. I would definitely recommend her! She is the best!

This was my third time visiting Amy and I'm definitely coming back. Her massages are very relaxing while also being serious enough to get to the root of the problems. Amy sure knows anatomy - I'm always impressed.

I saw Amy for the 1st time on Saturday. She possesses great knowledge and skill as will be apparent with your visit. Amy was very thorough and effective especially for my problem shoulders as well as my pains and general muscle troubles. My recommendation is that experience what she can do for you.
