Recovery from a Fall / Weak Glutes & Hips
Irene I - Jun 22, 2017
Slipped & fell going up stairs twice in one day. 2nd time at the end of a long run and ended up hanging on to the railing. Jammed my shoulders & wrenched my arm and twisted my left ankle. Sandy put things back into alignment and also unfroze my hip/glute that I never realized was frozen! I used to feel like a lead balloon trying to jump up and do other core work but so much better now! Running form improved after one session. I love that Sandy explains everything. Sandy is the best.

I have been suffering from limited arm/shoulder injury. I have been told it was a rotator cuff injury and have been doing small amount of physical therapy. Sandy has helped to restore my range of motion in a few sessions. Sandy techniques accelerate recovery in ways I've never seen before. I'll keep coming back for other injuries.
active release therapy - strained calves
ryan leard - May 14, 2017
Sandy did an excellent job. I spent nearly 4 days hobbling around not able to walk down strains, and then I made my appointment. Sandy impressed me as she worked literally from my toes up to my lower back opening up blocked movement and working on the sore spots in my calves. 3 days later I am walking completely normal now and expect to start running again soon! Thank You!
Side and back pain
Frances Olson - Mar 9, 2017
Thank you Sandy for providing relief of the pain surrounding my ribs on the right side. It allowed me to do my walk around Lake Merritt without pain. Thanks also for offering stretches to head off the pain. As usual, you are so professional and caring.
Great sports therapy for the aging athlete

Well, I'm 47 years old. I play competitive tennis, I cycle regularly, and I work out with resistance weights. Therefore, I'm always in pain somewhere. If it's not my right arm from too many forehands, it's my left arm from too many backhands. Or, my back from playing in gale force winds. Or my legs from cycling then sitting in the car on a commute. In any case, Sandi has been great to work with. She has consistently been able to pinpoint the problem, and find a solution to keep me moving.
