Dr. Greenwade is effective at dissecting the root cause of your symptoms and because of that I have felt the most improvement since injuring myself in the gym 4 years ago. He breaks down each exercise in an easy and concise way to follow and is very knowledgeable about musculoskeletal injuries.

Zach took the time to listen to my goals, and has been helping my slowly progress to get back to my peak form in the gym. He'll never tell you what you can't do. He's incredibly knowledgeable and knows what he's talking about.

Had a great experience for my first visit. The workup was extensive and more importantly informative.
Long Term Healing at its best!
T.C. - Aug 1, 2017
If you want to figure out how to heal and keep yourself active like you were when you were in your 20's then I definitely recommend Dr. Zach. He spends our time diagnosing me to ensure the exercises he suggests will heal me for the long term. The cool this is that short term relief gets wrapped in there as well. I feel 90% better with his help. My spine doctor recommended I stay with Dr. Zach's program.

I went to Dr. Zach because I had a muscle sprain/injury that was preventing me from bending forward and it was very painful to move around. Within the first 10 minutes in his office (this was my first visit), he was able to identify exactly what muscle group was injured and suggested exercises that will help alleviate the pain. By the time I left his office, I was already feeling better and after practicing the exercises for a couple of days, I am close to 100%.
