Candace so sorry about your experience. I've been a client with Terri for 40 years. She's provided short haircuts for me many times. We can all agree ...that short haircuts don't fit the face of everyone and that has nothing to do with the stylist. Hair for some is a self-esteem boost, it's their personality, or it makes them and those people should never cut their hair. I shared my appointment time with you on Saturday as Terri took time to explain and to find out if you were sure this is what you wanted. She talked about your health and your life changes. And you were all in remember this was something you've been wanting to do for a long time. Well now you've done it. "It Is what It Is" The sad part isn't about your hair it's that you took time to write this nonsense. Show more

I can confirm and verify that Terri has the 35+ years of experience styling and keeping her clients hair healthy. I've been a client for 30+ year's ...and would not go to another stylist. I've never been disappointed with my hair when leaving her shop. However, what does make me sick is clients like this Candace who's writing a review stating Terry is inexpensive....no you Candace are the inexpensive one you can into her shop with damaged hair and not ready for the hair cut you asked for. You stated you want all of your hair cut off and once the cutting began you then had 2nd, 3rd, and 4th regrets....that's on you not Terry. Terry suggested molding and styling your hair once again you had no clue....again I was there your hair was quite beautiful, but its you Candace that cant come to grips with the decision you made that you were not ready for blame the person you see in the mirror not the beautician. Eventhough Ms. Terry claimed she had 35 years experience in styling hair, what she did to my hair was a total disaster! I let her know I wanted a big ...chop. My hair was pretty long. I showed her the style I was trying to achieve and this lady literally F'd my head up terribly to where I began crying in my car. I tried to hold it together while I was there. But now I have absolutely no hair and another stylist I asked if she can fix it and she told me that if she tries to fix it I'll barely have no hair at all. I feel terrible and have to go to work with my head liking like this. 0-10 WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. Show more

Candace, the real issue is/was you were not ready for the big chop.I asked 4-5 times, "Are you sure" your reply was yes ma'am I gave you what you asked for,your daughter even said your hair was pretty. I told you I am not for everybody..Thank you for your opinion
