Short and to the point
F.G. - Dec 8, 2017
My meeting at the ECS office was great. Short and to the point but I was still given all of the necessary information.
Soodabeh Azizi - Dec 4, 2017
Miss Payne was so helpful and nice as always. She help me to have a plan for my graduation and showed me all the options I have for a successful graduation.

The front desk is often rude to the freshmen or the transfer students who have just come for registrations. There is no information being provided on "HOW TO REGISTER FOR CLASSES" for incoming students which unnerves most of the international students since this is a new system and a guided hand helps. The advisors are often rushed due to other appointments or "agendas" hence lacking closure, always a need for a follow up email. If advising turns into class registration, a new appointment is reqd
utd advising has always been horrible

Front desk is rude. Appointments get cancelled. Advisors rush you. The website is dated and inaccurate. I've had 4-5 different assigned advisors. Everything about the process is frustrating and poorly executed.
Front desk is rude
Student - Nov 7, 2017
The front desk lady talks in a very patronizing manner. I have visited this office about 8 times and this is the first time I am leaving a review; and every time she is very condescending. She talks to students like she is a smart***. She needs to be replaced with someone with more patience and a welcoming attitude. She makes it a point to make students feel beneath her. As for advisors, in my experience they are not helpful and not as professional as I would expect.
