I get severe migraines and the care I receive at Whole Body Healing has helped me manage and prevent the pain! The acupuncturist spends time to get to know me, my concerns and my body. She focuses on areas of concern and will branch out into massage to relieve tension which may cause headaches. I love going because it feels wonderful and relaxing and because it prevents future headaches!

My first experience with acupuncture has been favorable! I had a stye on my eyelid, a really stubborn one....hadn't responded to repeated soakings and eye drops. Just after my third session with an acupuncturist, it's almost gone!

Elizabeth Girard takes the time to understand your health issues and to explain how the acupuncture can help. She is very kind, considerate, friendly, and professional, and creates a relaxing atmosphere. If you're ok with it, she does some massage after the acupuncture treatment which helps it work, helps you relax, and allows her to see how the acupuncture worked and find areas that still need work. She also gives helpful advice and recommendations but doesn't ever force anything on you.

Elizabeth's work helped regulate my originally very long and irregular cycles. She's also helped with my migraines which have decreased in frequency. I appreciate her kind and evidence-based approach. The region is lucky to have her!

For a first timer to acupuncture I can say that the experience was well explained and that I felt comfortable and informed throughout the entire process. My back is doing better and I'm looking forward to going back next week.
