Initial Hearing Evaluation
Hearing health history, communication assessment, ear examination, initial hearing assessment, and professional consultation. Relevant forms are available at www.pnwaudiology.com for your convenience.
Tinnitus evaluation (pitch/intensity mapping, residual inhibition, uncomfortable loudness levels and auditory dynamic range, hair cell functions), counseling, and management services; often a follow-up service after the Initial Hearing Evaluation.
Auditory Processing Assessment
To identify children (at the age 8 and above) and adults who may have normal hearing sensitivities but have difficulties in reading comprehension, understanding speech and conversation, specifically in background noise environment.
Pediatric Hearing Evaluation
For children at age 7 and older: Hearing health history, assessments for communication and school performance, ear examination, initial hearing assessment and consultation. Relevant forms are available at www.pnwaudiology.com for your convenience.
Cochlear Implant (CI) Services
CI candidacy consultation; complete diagnostic audiological evaluation for CI candidate; referral to CI surgical centers; CI mapping and post CI care (mapping, programming, troubleshooting, wireless connectivity), and rehabilitation consultation.
OSHA Hearing Test
Following OSHA guidelines, we perform baseline and annual hearing tests to all eligible employees.
For an individual who has experienced a significant change of hearing or tinnitus during the course of our clinic care for his/her hearing loss or tinnitus, after noise exposure, or monitoring hearing because of the radiation or chemotherapy.
Hearing Loss Consultation
AuD consultations of the nature and consequences of hearing loss, listening needs, life style, and budget, and technology that will help you for better hearing. A demo trial helps for regaining hearing experience and adjustment.

For comfortable physical fit and listening, and consultation about brain plasticity for adaptation (3-6 months) to new sounds that have been forgotten for years, wireless streaming, and app remote control features, and care for your devices.
Real Ear Speech Mapping
AuD performs a fine mapping of your hearing aids using an Aurical Free Fit Visible Speech System (GN Otometrics), to best fit for your hearing loss, listening preferences, and speech clarity, for gaining the best listening benefits.
Hearing Aid Services (Agreement)
Having routine ear and hearing aid services is crucial for maintaining proper functions of your hearing aids for your daily listening needs, reducing repair rate, and prolonging the hearing aid life span (preserving the value you have invested in).

Hadn't seen Dr. Li in 10 months. Minor loss in clarity, but hardly noticeable. Hmmm! After Dr. Li cleaned and adjusted my hearing aids and removed the wax from my ears and from the hearing channel in my aids (how did that get in there?), every sound suddenly became crisp and clear. It's so easy to slip into denial and take the gift of hearing for granted as long as it's all sort of okay. Moving forward, I intend to see Dr. Li every 90 days for a routine checkup. I owe it to myself. :>)

I must say that receiving my hearing devices from Pacific NW Audiology, specifically working with Dr. Li was amazing. Dr. Li is passionate about hearing loss and enhancing the quality of her patient;s lives. The entire experience was a pleasure and not the challenge I thought it would be. I am excited to experience hearing that I have previously not known. I would recommend the Dr. Li and her entire team to anyone interested in improving their ability to hear.

Denae was very helpful in putting the ear guards back on my intensive sound hearing devises and making sure that I had replacements which would work. I appreciated her taking the time to "fix" my problem even though I was late. I have yet to be disappointed with the service I receive.
