Do you need help in the kitchen? This cooking class will customize to your learning needs, while bringing in the concepts of whole food conscious cooking.

Supportive experiential experience learning to apply the properties we work on in the office to the follow through of learning how to shop with mindfulness and wisdom.

I loved my nutrition sessions with Sue. They were so informative and brought big changes to my diet that I never expected. After listening attentively and intuitively to my healthy issues, Sue suggested we test to see what metabolic type I had. Sue's approach to what we know of as "nutrition counseling", is effective because it goes far beyond a simplistic review of food choices and one-on-one education about areas of improvement. She helps one see the interconnectedness of so many aspects of one's life, the impact of those relationships on one's wellness and how health can be addressed through nutrition awareness. Her guidance is simple and common sense.
